[Head Office] MONITOR ( CHEF KOREAN/ CHEF JAPAN FOOD)

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

 Task 1: Market research and consumer tastes 
- Find out current and future trends.
- Consult competitors with outstanding product lines
- Find out which products are attracting customers
- Refer to famous street foods and come up with ideas
Task 2: Product development
- Participate in developing ideas for products based on the following criteria: delicious, special, according to festivals, seasons... and convenient/optimized in operation
- Find the necessary materials for the product
- Participate in product research and development
- Perform product quality assessment
- Set the norms for each dish according to the company's profit criteria
Task 3: Test training and support
- Plan and conduct training for employees
- Inform the store about the training plan and prepare the content/tools related to food processing
- Guiding employees to understand the product and company orientation
- Training knowledge on food safety, food preservation methods, operating procedures...
- Check / evaluate quality after training by checking product quality in operation
Task 4: Quality check & operation support
- Plan to check the operation status, product quality and give directions for improvement
- Participating in hygiene and quality inspection of raw materials..
- Check and evaluate the quality of products according to the right quantity, packing specifications according to the company's criteria
- Participate in employee skills assessment
- Participate in operations with staff when required.
Task 5: Report - Operational status, direction for improvement
- Participate in building business strategies to achieve sales

II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Understanding knowledge from basic to advanced Korean / Japanese food.
- Knowledge and understanding of the food market in general and the market of ready-made food in the supermarket chain business.
- Understanding of vegetarian food culture, religion and health.
- Confident communication and presentation in front of crowds. Necessary skills:
- Ability to design menus, arrange suitable work for each employee for industrial catering
- Confident in organizing banquets, meals for more than 500 people.
- Good communication skills and ability to stand in front of the camera and fluently monologue about food, decorate dishes to perform video programs.
- Ability to prepare drinks according to modern trends.
- Skill in chopping, using cutting boards, trimming flowers.
- Preliminary skills to preserve the best raw materials. - Prepare cost management plan, ensure profit.
- Effective teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office Other special requirements
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to imparting knowledge to employees.
- Can withstand high pressure at work, work away from home, and work overtime.
- Honesty, straightforwardness, hard work.
